Chief Psychologist | Chief Operations Officer |
Specialist interest in Neurodivergent Families |

Rebecca’s approach has long focused on the assessment and intervention of neurodivergent children, teenagers and adults, particularly those with Autism and ADHD. It was through this work that she came to see the profound impact of supporting parents—many of whom are neurodivergent themselves, diagnosed or otherwise. Rebecca’s insight into this dynamic led her to develop a focus on neurodivergent adults raising neurodivergent children, offering strategies that honour both their lived experience and clinical best practice.

A registered Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor, Rebecca has worked extensively across mental health, criminology, disability, family and domestic violence, and substance use sectors. She is acknowledged for her interest in trauma , neurodivergence assessment and diagnosis (Autism and ADHD), and complex psychological needs, drawing on evidence-based approaches including EMDR, CBT, ACT, and Attachment Theory.
Rebecca Fitzpatrick is a Chief Operations Officer of Timpano Legal and the Chief Psychologist of its inaugural company, Be Health and Life Wellness. With over 20 years of experience and a strong track record in executive leadership, Rebecca bridges the worlds of psychology, strategy, and innovation across both the legal and allied health sectors.
In this webinar, Rebecca discusses with a volume of information available, how parents can feel that they have “lost” that ‘parenting instinct’. Rebecca will explore key developmental stages and provide practical strategies to support children and their families throughout the lifespan. With a unique lens on parenting as a neurodivergent adult — whether formally diagnosed or beginning that journey of self-reflection following a child’s diagnosis — this session provides tools for understanding, connection, and growth.

Beyond her clinical work, Rebecca brings elite governance and strategic expertise to her roles. As COO of Timpano Legal, she leads with purpose and precision, embedding psychologically informed practices into leadership, risk, and client engagement strategies.

A Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management WA (FAIM), she combines board-level acumen with people-first innovation to drive cultural transformation and operational excellence.
Rebecca’s leadership and psychology philosophy is grounded in efficiency, empathy, clarity, and impact — empowering both individuals and organisations to thrive with purpose.
