With experience across mental health, criminology, disability, family and domestic violence, substance use, and organisational leadership, Rebecca integrates
psychology, governance, and innovation to create meaningful change across health and legal sectors.
Clinically, Rebecca is a Board-Approved Supervisor committed to advancing psychological practice through a blend of research, strategy, and empathy.

Rebecca’s approach has long focused on the assessment and intervention of neurodivergent children, teenagers and adults, particularly those with Autism and ADHD. Through this work, she came to see the profound impact of supporting parents—many of whom are neurodivergent themselves. This insight shaped her strong focus on helping neurodivergent adults raising neurodivergent children, offering strategies that honour their lived experience and clinical best practice.

Rebecca works with diverse communities, including members of the LGBTIQA+ community, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, and people from
culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. Her approach is grounded in deep respect for the stories and strengths of the individuals and families she
supports.
Beyond her clinical practice, Rebecca has extensive leadership and governance experience, holding multiple board and advisory roles. She uses her strategic skill
set to guide organisational growth and cultural transformation, with a strong commitment to embedding best practice governance in clinical settings.

A Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD) and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management WA (FAIM), Rebecca brings a blend of board-level insight and people first leadership to every engagement. Her leadership style centres on efficiency, empathy, clarity, and impact—empowering
teams, individuals, families, and organisations to thrive with purpose. Rebecca is also an experienced and engaging speaker, presenting at national
conferences and key venues such as the Melbourne Cricket Ground and Optus Stadium. She speaks on topics ranging from complex clinical issues and
psychological practice to organisational leadership and governance, always aiming to provide clarity and meaningful impact.

Allie McGrath is a psychologist (clinical registrar) with over 5+ years’ experience diagnosing and assessing ADHD and Autism across public, community and private sectors. Allie is passionate about helping people understand the neurodivergent brain – particularly in women and girls who are so often overlooked.

Her interest in autism and ADHD began when her niece was diagnosed with autism at just three years old. Wanting to understand as much as possible, Allie immersed herself in learning about neurodivergence and quickly noticed how differently it can present in girls and women compared to what is described in traditional diagnostic frameworks.

This sparked a deep interest in late-identified ADHD and autism in women, and the ways many people grow up misunderstood, masking their differences or feeling like they are “too much” or “not enough.”

Today, Allie works both in private practice and at Headspace Mandurah, where she focuses on affordable neurodivergent-affirming assessments and supporting people to understand how their brain works so they can work with it rather than against it.

Mel Phillips is the creator of Wonderfully Made World, a story-driven resource that helps children with ADHD feel seen, understood, and proud of who they are.

Diagnosed with ADHD later in life, Mel brings a compassionate, strengths‑based perspective to conversations around neurodiversity, emotional regulation, identity, and belonging. Her work bridges storytelling, education, and wellbeing offering practical tools for children, families, educators, and chaplains to support neurodivergent kids without shame or stigma.
