You may be able to use your NDIS funding to purchase items from our online shop or tickets to our events if you are self managed or plan managed. We recommend you seek advice from your support coordinator or plan manager if you are unsure.  

Using your NDIS funding may be possible for Self Managed or Plan Managed Participants. However, if you are NDIA managed, we are not currently an NDIA registered provider. If you would like further information or clarification we would love to assist you, please click here.

If you are Self Managed

You have 2 options

1.   You can order directly from our online shop or for event tickets through our link through Trybooking & pay upfront using our payment options. 

You can then submit your invoice /receipt to NDIA yourself.  As we receive payment upfront we send out the items or tickets purchased out immediately.  

OR 

2.   Pay on invoice option 

  • Simply drop our fantastic team an email at admin@myspiritedchild.com and they will be able to send you an invoice to pay. Be sure to include in the email, what you are wishing to purchase, and if purchasing products from the online shop remember to include your address for postage
  • You then pay us directly using the payment details on the invoice. We would love you to send us an email advising payment has been made including your invoice number & or name on invoice. 
  • As soon as payment is received, we will post the item to your preferred address or in the case of event tickets these will be emailed to you straight away.

 

    If you are Plan Managed

    In this case, your Plan Manager pays us directly for your items or event tickets.

    • Simply drop our fantastic team an email at admin@myspiritedchild.com and they will be able to send your plan manager an invoice to pay. Be sure to include in the email, what you are wishing to purchase, the NDIS participants name and NDIS number and the name and email address of your Plan Manager. also, if purchasing products from the online shop remember to include your address for postage. 
    • As soon as payment is received, we post the item to your preferred address, or in the case of event tickets these will be emailed directly to you.
    • Please note, if purchasing event tickets please do this in plenty of time for your Plan Manager to pay the invoice before the event so that we can get tickets to you in time for you to attend the event. 

    If you are NDIA Managed
