‘It’s Time to do Time Differently’ with Trudy Parkin

ADHD-Friendly Time Strategies That Finally Work for Your Brain

Join us for this engaging and practical webinar that reflects Trudy’s signature style – informative, interactive, and genuinely enjoyable – delivered as a supportive, large-group coaching experience rather than a traditional lecture.
This isn’t just another time management session. Throughout the evening, you’ll be gently guided to explore your own experience of time and recognise patterns. You begin building a personalised, ADHD-friendly approach to protecting and using your time in ways that feel realistic, achievable, and sustainable.

Using relatable examples and practical coaching tools, Trudy will help you better understand how the ADHD brain experiences time and why traditional productivity advice often falls short. This is an invitation to really understand your relationship with time, and from that place, create changes that no handout or list of tips could ever do on their own.
As part of the webinar, you’ll also receive downloadable tools that Trudy uses with her one-on-one clients – resources designed to support real-world implementation and ongoing success long after the session ends.

What’s included:
✅ Live interactive webinar experience
✅ Downloadable tools and resources
✅ Access to presentation slides after the session

Whether you’re an ADHDer, parent, educator, or professional, this session offers practical insight, compassion, and actionable strategies you can begin using immediately.
