Experienced Practitioner and Author (she/her)An Autistic/ADHDer Developmental Psychologist running Onwards and Upwards Psychology, an organisation that focuses on clinician, parent and teacher training on neurodivergent affirming approaches. Sandhya is a sought-after public speaker speaking an international conferences on autism and ADHD, around the country to clinics and schools and recently being flown to Malaysia to educate staff on neuro-affirming practices.
Dr Dianne Grocott
PsychiatristDr Dianne Grocott is a psychiatrist with 30 years experience in public and private practice, who has specialised in ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) and Addiction Psychiatry. In 2015 she co-founded the Victorian Adult ADHD Interest Group (VAADHDIG), a multidisciplinary group of clinicians who share expertise and resources to improve the lives of their patients with ADHD. VAADHDIG members are developing an accredited GP Training Course on ADHD and are collaborating in the design of best practice models for ADHD assessment and holistic management.
Stephanie Pinto
Coach, and AuthorStephanie Pinto is an award-winning Emotional Intelligence coach, best-selling author, and international speaker. She’s also the host of the Emotionally Intelligent Parenting podcast.
Stephanie founded Let’s Raise Emotionally Intelligent Kids, an online community of over 100,000 parents.
Her best-selling book, From Chaos to Connection, was published in February 2023.
Stephanie is the Emotional Intelligence Mentor for Australia’s Nurture Parenting Magazine. She has also been featured in numerous international summits and conferences and in 2023 hosted her own virtual parent conference with 30 speakers from across the globe.

Sharon Collon
ADHD Coach & ADHD SpecialistSharon Collon is an award winning, PCC credentialed ADHD Coach and Parenting Expert and founder of The Functional Family who specialises in providing life changing support and strategies for families with ADHD.
Sharon lives in Sydney with her husband and 3 boys, who all have ADHD (throw in some Autism, tic disorder, OCD, SPD and ODD in there too). Her home runs at such an intensity – it needs to be filmed for a documentary series. At a complete loss of how she was supposed to have a ‘Functional Family’ she began researching ADHD to try and learn more about ways to work with the ADHD brain and create a more joyful, streamlined home environment. What followed was a series of spectacular failures, weird experiments, and then formal study of ADHD. Through it all, the Collon family found a way to make their life with ADHD work for them. Now Sharon helps others do the same.
Em Rusciano
Comedian and Keynote SpeakerEm Rusciano is an engaging and unique keynote speaker; she recently addressed the prestigious National Press Club of Australia on the subject of ADHD and her son’s autism. She has been widely praised for the speech and the effect it’s had on helping to remove the stigma around neuro-divergence.
Em’s podcast ‘Emsolation’ was picked up as Australia’s FIRST ever Spotify exclusive and came second in the Australian Podcast awards in the People’s Choice category. Emsolation is now produced by Em’s production company Down The Hill Studios and they debuted at number one on the Apple podcast comedy charts on their first week of independence. They’ve also launched a hugely successful premium subscription offering, Emsolation Extra on top of their weekly regular episode.

Rebecca has written hundreds of articles, books and resources. And has featured in countless magazines, newspapers, podcasts and radio shows as well as presenting a full length DVD Documentary.
Rebecca is a multi award winner and in 2024 Rebecca received an award at the Women Changing the World Awards in London presented by the Duchess of York.
Rebecca has numerous qualifications including Sociology and Psychology. As well as a Law degree with Honours. Rebecca has also attended many courses and trainings on neurodivergent conditions, behaviour and mental health.
