It’s time to turn the spotlight onto STRENGTHS in ADHD! Frustrated by the lack of attention this gets, MindMatters Clinic psychologist Charlotte Lawson (she/her🌈) has put together an engaging session to focus on the often-overlooked topic of strengths in ADHD. Drawing on her own lived experience as a proud ADHDer, alongside research and her clinical practice, this practical session will invite you to explore how these strengths can be leveraged, whether you are ADHD yourself or want to better understand others in your life.
Charlotte is a registered psychologist with MindMatters Clinic, a team of NZ leading clinical experts working with organisations and individuals across Aotearoa in the areas of workplace wellbeing, mental health and neurodiversity.
Charlotte specialises in neurodivergence, with a particular interest in ADHD assessment and running workplace trainings that smash through myths and teach organisations to leverage the power of neuroinclusion. Charlotte draws on her lived experience, as well as many years of experience working in the mental health sector. She takes a strength-based and trauma-sensitive approach to her practice. Outside of her mahi (work) she loves yoga, reading books in the sun with her cat, and is a knitting extraordinaire.
