Self-Awareness, Catchphrases and is it Really the End of the World? Teachers and parents working with ADHD.
Michelle Lewis is a highly respected educator with more than 30 years of experience, and the founder of i.am.me—an initiative committed to strengthening understanding of ADHD within both schools and families. Her own late ADHD diagnosis brought clarity to a lifetime of “being a lot,” and fuelled a passionate dedication to helping others navigate their journeys with confidence and compassion.
Drawing on her extensive background as a specialist Music and Digital Technologies teacher in Adelaide, alongside her lived experience as a mother of two ADHD children, Michelle blends professional expertise, personal insight, and current research to support real, practical change. Her work aims to enlighten, empower, and uplift teachers, parents, and young people, fostering stronger self-awareness and confident ADHD self-advocacy.
