‘TUNING IN TO THE STRENGTHS OF PEOPLE WITH ADHD’

Jeanette Rossini is a highly skilled ADHD Coach and Director of Into Focus Coaching, based in Sydney.  She is passionate about helping her predominantly adult and young adult clients achieve their potential. Her coaching also extends to parents of children diagnosed with ADHD.  Jeanette is an active educator and advocate within the ADHD community and is a regular volunteer for the Raise Foundation, mentoring high school students to strengthen their support network, have new experiences, and build self-esteem.

Jeanette has a unique professional and personal perspective with two neurodivergent children and a wealth of lived experience within her family.  These experiences led her to pursue her passion for working with the community and individuals with ADHD after 20 years working in corporate and small business development.  Jeanette completed her training through ADDCA, the ADD Coach Academy, and has completed a Professional Certificate of Education Support through Monash University.

As a life-long learner, she is continuously exploring educational opportunities to grow as a coach and enhance the lives of her clients. She is enthusiastic about using her training and experience to help people successfully navigate their lives, overcome obstacles, and use their unique strengths.

Jeanette’s presentation will be about Tuning in to the Strengths of People with ADHD.

Jeanette will talk about her lived experience and how focusing on strengths and positive attributes can benefit people with ADHD across their lifespan.

Younger children, teenagers, and adults with ADHD may develop a negative view of themselves and their future, so building positive connections is important to boost self-esteem, resilience and success.

Jeanette will show you how to embrace strengths to help you and your family thrive!
